The CAB10 Is designed to house LV electrical equipment such as meters, fuses and disconnects and provides protection from weather and environmental conditions. 

This double skinned cabinet provides an attractive and robust housing for LV electrical equipment.  Its sleek design, strength, graffiti resistance, and plastic construction make it particularly suitable for high traffic environments and the double skinned outer, two 5mm walls of high grade polyethene, make for a tough secure unit. The bottom sill is easily detachable to assist access for jointing even when the cabinet is installed. Door is 'slam shut' and locks on closing and the inner and outer ventilation holes are not aligned, deterring access to live area. If damaged, the door can be replaced separately avoiding costly and time-consuming reinstalls. The CAB10 can be ground buried using the optional base or mounted directly to a concrete pad. 

MAXIMUM FUSE CAPACITY:

• 2x 400A 3ph DIN and 3x 160A 3ph DIN (using adapter plate in the 100 slot)
• or 3x 250A 3ph DIN and 1x 160A 3ph DIN
• or 7x 160A 3ph DIN (Verticals) (using adapter plates in the 100 slot)

STANDARD FEATURES:

• Is pre-installed with a PVC mounting panel affording various mounting options
• Is pre-installed with a large 8 way plate neutral bar

OPTIONAL FEATURES:

• Optional Base- There is an optional plastic base for ground burial or it can be bolted directly onto a concrete pad
• Optional Gear Tray - PVC plate for sitting unmounted equipment on
• The deadlock can be customized with a rim cylinder of your choice
• Commonly fitted with Jean Mueller 3.5 way bus bar rack for mounting vertical disconnects, however we can fit other brands to suit your requirements.

The E6000 has been designed to allow various mounting options. The front panel of the base is removable to allow additional cabling to be fitted.

The uprights are designed to hold a PVC mounting panel (610x815mm) or busbar assembly system.

You can customize the E6000 but having it reduced in height as required or asking for removable fittings on the front of the base to enable easier access to allow additional cabling to be fitted.

MAXIMUM FUSE CAPACITY:

• Up to 4x 400A 3ph vertical or horizontal disconnects
• A number of combinations of vertical disconnects, e.g. 4x 250A 3ph DIN with 2x 160A 3ph DIN or 2x 250A 3ph DIN and 4x 160A 3ph DIN 40x 63A fuse carriers

FEATURES:

• LID SCREWS: 4 x M12x20mm Button Head, Stainless Steel Screws, 5mm
• The E6000 can be fitted with clear plastic window to allow for the viewing of metering units
• The overall height of the unit can be reduced by Gyro to suit your needs
• Can be fitted with locking
• Other neutral bars can be fitted as required
  

The standard ventilation is 21 x 4mm diameter holes under the lid’s top lip

Neutral Bar - comes fitted with a 13 way neutral bar, 9 x M12 studs plus 4 M10 studs.
Can be fitted with ABB 400 Amp or 630 Amp Backplates or a Jean Muller 6 way bus bar assembly (JMTE-BBS6) fitted onto 2 custom built bars.

OPTIONAL FEATURES:

• The E6000 lid can now be replace with the CAB60 cabinet lid, complete with opening and lockable door
